POLICIES
Please read these policies in their entirety!
PREP
- please arrive fully detangled, there is a $30 detangle fee due to the additional time it adds to your service.
- coming already washed and blow dried makes your service quicker, but I am more than happy to do it for you!
- there is a $10 late fee between 10-20 minutes. After 20 minutes your appointment may need to be rescheduled with a new deposit.
- Your deposit is non refundable and non transferrable.
YOUR SERVICE
- we watch TV while you are being serviced. If you plan to use your phone please make sure you bring headphones!
- WFH is just fine with me! I am prepared to provide silence if you have a meeting you need to be apart of.
- snacks and drinks are provided to you at no additional cost, but please feel free to bring your own food as well!
AFTER CARE
- your remaining balance should be paid via cash or Zelle. If you cannot use either of these methods, your service will incur an additional $7 fee.
- you will receive an after care kit after your service is complete. Small items to help maintain your hair and its health!
- please let me know in a timely manner if you have any concerns after your appointment!
